Role Summary:
This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through the sale of the Import Duty Financing Product.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and monitor implementation of marketing strategies for the product and drive team sales targets.
Identify training needs for the team through gap analysis.
Create buy-in from the sales force throughout the country to support sales growth.
Develop and maintains strategic B2B partnerships to support Business Development activities and growth.
Design and implement a system to automate the importers’ onboarding system and Maintain an up-to-date competitive analysis of the IDF providers.
Develop and implement a quarterly expansion strategy.
