Sales & Support Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Support Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in setting up our company while effectively managing inbound sales and supporting existing clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to contribute to the establishment and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our products/services.
Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to sales strategy development.

Client Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate insights into product/service improvements.

Company Setup:

Assist in the setup and establishment of new processes, procedures, and systems within the company.
Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and client service delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and support functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative sales role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Experience in client relationship management and problem-solving.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and contribute to company growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support ticketing systems.
Familiarity with startup environments and the challenges associated with company setup.
Previous experience in a sales support or customer success role.
