Sales Specialist

Job Details

Develop and follow a sales call cycle; carrying out site visits, show casing products, preparing reports, planning, developing and implementing sales and marketing action plans in cooperation with management
Research and analyze sales options by identifying business opportunities, prospects, and market trends and evaluating their position in the industry
Achieve revenue, referral, and profitability goals established in conjunction with management
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
Develop and maintain good relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and resolving customer concerns in a constructive manner, serving as an intermediary between customer concerns and company policy
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
Act as a product information resource for both staff and clients. This includes periodic suggestions for updating product line and staying on top of manufacturers’ new product introductions
Assist co-workers with product awareness and knowledge and work with them to develop educational materials, trainings and referral sources
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Share a daily report on the achievements, products uptake, as well as any challenges encountered
Build a connection between the current market and the future market in the company
Provide accurate feedback on the future buying trends with management
Assist management in making appropriate decisions on forthcoming products and on special promotions
