Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales such as generating leads, engaging with potential and existing clients, meeting with clients, developing sales pitches that meet the client’s needs, training clients on how to use our products and support during the product implementation process. This role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales and Sales Management skills
Experience in training and development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology
Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field
Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
We are looking for over 5 years of experience, a high level technical sales person who is able to engage with customers, understanding their challenges and propose high end solutions.
He or she should be able to generate a strong pipeline and also work with the rest of the technical team to close the business.
