Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative Interns to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in selling training programs and professional services.
Interns will work closely with our sales team, receive training, and have the chance to develop their sales skills while contributing to our business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about our products and services.
Provide support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Client Interaction:
Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address their needs.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Sales Documentation:
Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities on the CRM.
Assist in creating and updating sales documents, including proposals.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
Work closely with colleagues to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales and business development.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Cool-tempered with perseverance and ability to handle rejection
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
