Job Summary:
Responsible for sales and relationship management within the Horeca segment (Hotels, restaurants and Cafes).
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all our products are listed and sold in Horeca’s.
Maintain solid relationships with the customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support system and addressing all customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Managing and monitoring the stock levels through initiating, generating and following up on order to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
Collaborating with marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events and other marketing initiatives.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer references and competitive insights for decision-making.
Liaising with accounts to ensure that statements are send on time and follow through with payment.
Managing short expiries using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and FIFO (First in First Out) method to ensure products do not expire on the shelves or in the outlet stores. Reporting comprehensively on market feedback and competitor activities.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, Food Safety rules and regulations as laid down by the organization and other legislative bodies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of industry trends and customer behaviour.
Knowledge of competition landscape.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
