Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads to bring in new clients in the facility management, hospitality, and waste management sectors.
Identify and approach potential clients to present the company’s cleaning services and solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts.
Provide after-sales support and ensure services are delivered according to client expectations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the management team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within facility management, hospitality, or waste management services.
Strong understanding of the cleaning services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
