The position is initially for 3 months but with a chance for extension depending on performance.

Your role will include
Building a strong pipe-line of prospective school partners
Identifying business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Visiting schools in person to build lasting relationships with key personnel
Constantly improving on business development process together with your supervisor
Reporting on school needs, potential bottle-necks and frequently asked questions
We are looking for someone who
Has a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience: preferably in the education sector
Has excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Is competitive and goal oriented, willing to work hard and smart
Has the ability to work independently with little direction
Has attention to detail and an innovative mindset
Is Presentable.
