SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client in the beauty industry is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join the team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the beauty products/services to salons, retailers, and individual clients, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relationships:

Develop and maintain relationships with salons, beauty stores, and individual clients.
Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company’s beauty products.
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on product benefits and usage.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to meet market demands.
Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Participate in trade shows, beauty expos, and other industry events to showcase products.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product line, including ingredients, application methods, and benefits.
Continuously update knowledge on the latest beauty products and trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Wide experience in digital marketing.
Tech savvy
