The ideal candidate for this position will have strong sales and marketing skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Make presentations to clients and take them to see the property.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.
Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
A relevant Undergraduate degree
2-4 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Demonstrate negotiating skills.
An understanding of the Real Estate Market and competitive landscape will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
