Key Responsibilities
Manage Viamo’s internal sales team tools, identifying and coordinating improvements to ensure they are consistently updated. These currently include:
HubSpot CRM
Lead CRM Strategy:
Define and execute a strategic roadmap for CRM system improvements, aligning with the organization’s sales goals and evolving business needs.
Own CRM-related data reporting processes, including the development of HubSpot dashboards to create data for decision-making
Monitor emerging trends and tools in CRM technology and lead adoption to maintain cutting-edge capabilities.
Enhance User Experience and Adoption:
Conduct regular onboarding & training sessions to maximize CRM adoption and ensure compliance with best practices across regions and teams.
Gather user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the CRM interface and workflows.
Implement Robust Data Governance Policies:
Establish clear data hygiene standards to ensure CRM data integrity, completeness, and security.
Automate and optimize data entry and maintenance processes to reduce manual effort and errors.
Ensure all information entered in HubspotCopper is up to date and accurate for all countries by performing weekly and monthly audits.
Lead CRM Integrations:
Oversee integration efforts between HubSpot and other tools such as Gong.io, Google Data Studio, Excel, Google Suite, WordPress, etc..
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly audit CRM-related processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective measures.
Benchmark CRM performance metrics against industry standards to ensure high effectiveness.
Gong.io
As with HubSpot, define and execute a strategic roadmap to maximize Gong’s adoption, analysis and reporting capabilities, and support for Sales coaching and learning
Sales Processes & Resources
Support the design and dissemination of scalable sales operations processes and resources, as determined by the Director of Sales Operations
Prepare and continually improve recurring presentations such as the Sales Leadership meeting, Bookings Day, Sales Card, etc. Prepare
Develop and update additional Sales resources as required
All other Sales supporting duties as required

CRM and tool adoption and completion
Team achievement of quarterly Bookings targets
Team achievement of 80% of reps over 80% of Bookings targets
Timely and quality achievement of Quarterly Key Results

Profile
Required
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in administrative operational tasks in any combination of: social enterprise, INGO, mobile network operator, ICT4D, start-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Demonstrated self-management/entrepreneurial skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
Experience managing CRM systems, ideally using HubSpot as an admin
Experience using Google Drive, Excel, Powerpoint, and their Google Suite equivalents
Experience with data reporting & analysis for presentations and learning
