Primary Responsibilities
In conjunction with the business strategy, develop, communicate and translate sales business strategy into pragmatic action plans, execute and monitor to maximize profit
Organize, motivate and lead sales & Marketing teams and ensure the team reaches sales & Marketing targets
Manage and coordinate sales & Marketing activities including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations and related financial performance
Specific Responsibilities
Based on global and local strategy, be responsible for the development and execution of local sales & Marketing strategy.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by working with Business leadership to forecast requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Support Business leadership to establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition and market behavior .
Manage the team’s sales & Marketing activities, including sales planning, visits, reports and results
Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating Marketing plans advertising, and Product/ service promotion programs;
Allocate areas of responsibility (e.g. designate account) to Sales Executives and ensure the team achieves sales objectives
Coach sales staff, conduct performance assessment and objectives setting for sales personnel
Support team members for negotiations with key prospects/accounts
Monitor individual sales plans
Keep abreast of new trends and consolidate market intelligence to adjust strategy
Participate in sales forecasts and feasibility planning studies for new products and services
Conduct market research activities and identify opportunities

Participate in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitor sales expenditures
Ensure communication and coordination with other teams to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business
Cooperate with Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers to maximize sales efforts
Network with key players and maintain an understanding of external market developments to ensure the Organization becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market
React upon business opportunities forwarded by Operations and inform them on progress
At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of all employees and clients, in line with Organizational policies and procedures
At all times, comply with Organization’s Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
Profile
Degree in Business Management or in the relevant technical subject
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing activities
Successful track record in managing a sales force, preferably in the relevant field
High level of written and verbal English
