Own means of transportation

Job Responsibilities

Works independently under minimal supervision; Generates monthly growth sales of 2m and meets this demand
Completes monthly Tender applications & submissions including government projects
Excellent communication skills; knowledge in architectural materials and construction details;Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
Sells interior design-build products and meets target sales; Excellent sales and marketing skills
Close projects pertaining to interior design consultation. Self-drive position, determination, persistence and tenacity; Self-motivation and a can do attitude.
Website maintenance and updates
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
Generates a sales force team
