Sales & Marketing Executive

Duties / Responsibilities:
A self starter with the ability to combine sales and marketing duties and also drive a sales team under minimal supervision
 Monitor the market, competition
Ensuring monthly/quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved
Developing  and executing successful sales plans.
Generate sales leads. He/she will have a target of leads that should be generated in a month.
 Discover new avenues/channels to market our product
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
Create, customize and conduct proposal presentations based on target customer.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Other duties as assigned.

Proven ability to mentor sales staff to achieve greater sales figures
Proven ability to work in a self disciplined & proactive manner.
Proven ability to plan ahead.
Proven ability to carry out direct selling
Proven track record of hitting targets
Age: 30 years and above
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing
Experience selling bulk SMS will be an added advantage
