Our client a leading provider of UAE Visas solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Visa Section to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our visa services to travel agents and corporate customers. You will guide clients through the visa application process, ensure compliance with Immigration requirements, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
Promote and sell visa processing services, ensuring excellent customer support.
Manage team and ensure targets are met.
Provide accurate information on visa requirements, processing timelines, and document submission.
Assist clients with visa applications, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy.
Stay updated on visa policies, embassy regulations, and travel advisories.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Tourism Management
Experience in sales, travel, or visa processing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE visa requirements and travel documentation.
Experience working with Travel Agents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
