As a key member of the Sales team in the Operations department, you will oversee securing our customer acquisition and targets by keeping Victory Farms competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting data driven sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Your four (4) primary responsibilities will consist of:
Hit sales target by successfully managing your sales teams
Lead your team ensuring targets are clear and means are given to achieve them
Prepare relevant reports to track revenue, costs, stock movements and improvements plans
Share market intelligence relevant to our business (competitor movements, customer insights, pricing, etc.)
