Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing or related field.
Background experience in Real Estate, banking or insurance is an added advantage.
Must be adept in the use of computer software particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Internet and current social media tools.
At least two (2) years relevant and proven experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in presentations & exhibitions to promote the sales revenues.
Prospecting, originating and Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Building a good knowledge of the property market both at the local and international levels and providing clients with required information to influence purchase decisions.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Developing a monthly activity calendar and budget.
The ongoing orientation and training of your sales people.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Hiring sales agents and Managing sales Team.
Submitting a weekly and monthly sales report without fail.
Make use of available software and hardware (Prop Wings, Booking Form, Allocation Sheet, and Offer Letters, Sales Agreements,) to record ALL sales activities.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO/Director.
