Sales Manager – Institutions

Job description
Are you a highly professional, performance driven individual?
Are you able to handle the following responsibilities?:
Effective building and management of customer relationships with trade partners
Effective Institutions supply chain management (target setting and follow through)
Achievement of budgeted performance and optimal visibility of Brands in HORECA and Institutions channel
Strategic Key Account management
Development and implementation of sales programs to drive profitability
Design and implementation of strategic business plans that will expand the company’s customer base in Institutions and ensure its strong presence Generation of reports on market status and competitor activities
Ensuring availability of superior marketing intelligence for enhanced decision making
Directing, motivating, supporting and developing Sales team
Does this sound like you?
Do you have the following Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales, having successfully delivered on KPIs (GT and HORECA exposure)
Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and lead a team
Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities
Experience working with Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurants, etc; i.e. industry channels
IT, budget and report writing skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
Good planning and organizational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Commitment to achieving high performance level
