Sales Manager – East Africa

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Designation: Sales Manager
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Customer relationship management
Planning and developing local market
Execute master supply agreement along with KYC
Ensuring achieving sales target

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or sales and marketing. Diploma is an added advantage.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in sales at senior positions. Minimum 5 in plastic packaging company.
Knowledge of east africa market
