Sales Manager (Corporate Segment) Outlet Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and oversee the Corporate segment at Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an exceptional ability to cultivate and grow a robust portfolio of corporate clients in the luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue in the Corporate segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base within the Kenyan market.
Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive competitive advantages.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the leadership team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should embody the following qualifications and attributes:

Demonstrated success in driving sales, achieving targets, and growing corporate business in luxury hospitality.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a large, luxury hotel operation.
A deep understanding of the Kenyan hospitality market, corporate dynamics, and customer preferences.
Ability to build a large portfolio of corporate clients within a short period of time and maintain lasting relationships.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and influence key stakeholders effectively.
A team player who can work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
