Job Description
To effectively formulate, plan and implement sales achievement programs and distribution activities. To grow &ensure high level of visibility, numeric distribution, market share and grow sales volumes of MNC FMCG product range through efficient management of FSR operations.
Sales manager required for a Multinational Corporation FMCG products.
Reports to: Country Manager
Direct Reports:FSR Field Managers, Operations Officer
Job Qualifications

Degree in Sales & Marketing or B. Com (Sales Option)/Higher
Diploma in Sales & Marketing
5years Business experience (in Sales & Marketing, client and staff interaction, and organizational experience at management level)
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Working knowledge of sales business Skills and distribution channels
Leadership & Mentorship Skills
