Sales Manager

THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business across East and Southern Africa. This is not a role for the feint hearted – a pure sales role you will be will be responsible for researching, prospecting and converting new customers. You will be working to challenging revenue targets (and will be rewarded accordingly) in order to drive new sales across Africa, leveraging off your existing networks and relationships to meet and exceed these targets.
Key responsibilities are to:
Identify and close new sales opportunities
Develop and own overall territory account plan and sales pipeline
Achieve/exceed sales targets
REQUIREMENTS.
You will have a proven track record in sales, with previous experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), financial or technology products essential.
A natural hunter and closer, you will thrive in a highly targeted environment where you will be rewarded in line with your sales performance.
You will have a long track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets and be able to demonstrate existing networks at C-level throughout Eastern and Southern African nations.
