Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing solid business plan and laying strategies for acquisition of new business and achieve set budgets.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, oversee the marketing of Insurance products and services and ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Oversee all the business acquisition process for intermediaries within the unit/branch.
Ensuring service queries for the signed up intermediaries and clients are well addressed and timely feedback provided.
Planning and attending sales meetings with clients in support of intermediaries.
Education, Experience & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Business related course.
Professional Qualifications in Insurance, Marketing and Sales.
At least 3 years of Practical Sales & Marketing or Business Relationship Management with proven performance track (Preferably in the insurance business).
