Job Purpose;
Responsible for planning and implementing sales &marketing strategies, product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets.
Main Tasks
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to present standards and industry and economic trends.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
Develops and implements strategic Sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Conducting market research to assist in formulating Sales strategies.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
identify training opportunities for the development of the employees in the Sales and Marketing sections.
Recommend the Products to Architects Consultant, Developers & Project Owners
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or any relevant field
A minimum of 6 years’ in Sales Manager Position, with 2 Years of experience in selling Building materials
Must have managed a team
