Sales Manager

Role
We seek to employ a highly qualified and motivated Sales Manager to effectively manage a team of sales agents to ensure targets are being made.
Skills and Competencies

4-5 years of experience in sales and team management
Diploma in customer service, communications, marketing or a related field
Sales skills i.e. able to pitch a sale, up-selling and cross-selling
Great communication skills
Team leading skills
Customer-centric individual
Proven track record in a sales manager role
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good business sense and professional manner.
Positive attitude

Responsibilities

Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
Encourage the team to work as a single unit towards a common objective
Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage the sales team to deliver their level best
Track their performances. Make sure each sales agent is living up to the expectations of the organization
