Job Purpose:

In this role, you’ll learn how to curate awesome experiences for our customers and grow our financing product from its current launch stage to a major success.

Responsibilities
Sales –

Upsell our financing product to customers.
Proper sharing of invoices and receipts once orders have arrived.

Customer Support –

Running and managing calls at the call centre.
Onboarding & verification of customers and their KYC.
Timely approval of customer orders.
We are the voice of the customer; and act as the bridge between customers and the Jumba team.
Analyzation of customer feedback to ensure customers receive a positive customer experience.
Effective and efficient running of the Customer Service at JUMBA i.e. calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Customer Engagement and Satisfaction –

We improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
Help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
Enhance customer satisfaction to 100%

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree.
6 months experience in a sales role in financial services.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
