Sales Group Manager

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach, and maintain your sales team to represent Teltonika Telematics products to B2B clients in West Africa, ensuring they work independently and are guided through the full-cycle B2B sales process, including onboarding and integration.
Create and implement strategic sales action plans for the dedicated region, including preparing and compiling data for monthly reports, annual goals, forecasts, and other required reports.
Analyze sales activities and provide daily support to ensure 100% sales plan realization, while developing the team to meet objectives.
Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
Monitor and correct order tracking, continuously evaluating team performance, attitude, and professionalism.
Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements effectively.
Organize and conduct training for local sales teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Department to ensure recruitment, training, motivation, coaching, and development of team members aligns with business objectives.
Build and manage a high-performance sales team by setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Represent Teltonika Telematics at exhibitions/meetings abroad, showcasing products and solutions.

What we expect of you:

Strong Experience in IoT focusing on Telematics solutions.
At least 5 years of hands-on B2B Telematics sales experience with a track record of success.
At least 2 years of team management (leading sales representatives) and leadership experience as Head of Sales/Director of Sales/Team leader.
Leadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindset and ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language.
Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently.
Results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it.
Good understanding of customer relations, and a strong motivation to work in B2B sales with active business client search.
Have critical thinking and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Have worked on a CRM system.
Have experience or exposure in launching a new product to the market
Willingness to travel abroad.
