The Sales Executive will play a key role in growing the company’s sales volumes for the organization’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate units. This role requires a professional with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Meet with potential clients, present project details, and explain the benefits of the company’s construction and engineering expertise.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support through the sales process.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and address their inquiries about the project and property details.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage the documentation process to ensure a smooth transaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects.
Provide insights to the sales team and management on customer feedback, industry trends, and areas for growth.
Target Achievement and Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including key metrics and feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and construction project life cycles.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tool
