Responsibilities:
Generate sales by promoting the company’s detergents and laundry powders to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in the laundry powder sector.
Experience in the FMCG is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently.
High level of motivation, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
