Job Responsibilities
Development of Sea Freight / Airfreight / Projects / Packing and Moving / Warehousing and records
Improving and strengthening Agency network.
Achieving set revenue targets on all core products
Responsible to inquiries by Clients, sent inquiries to agents/ shipping line, prepare and follow up on quotation and secure business.
Solving Customers problem.
Key Account Management.
Securing and retaining Customers secured.
Enter daily Sales Activity in Whiz Freight i.e. Sales Calls, Inquiries, Quotations and conversion from quotation to bookings.
Develop prospective clients/ Route and Agents.
Coordinate thru customer service and operations for complete operations activity.
Collect dues and outstanding amounts from clients in allotted credit limit.
Ensure credit customers are wetted out thru with credit approval process.
Conduct Weekly Sales Meeting in absence of Sales Manager
Qualifications
Academically should be a university graduate.
Course in marketing related subject would be added qualification.
Computer Literate.
Relevant experience is a must. (Freight services Sales)
Remuneration – Kshs 70,000 monthly gross plus commissions
