Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize digital marketing techniques such as social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing to attract potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client inquiries.
Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to effectively integrate these strategies into the sales process.
Provide necessary information and support to the stores to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in managing and updating the website content, especially product information and promotions.
Utilize basic WordPress CMS knowledge to make necessary changes and updates.
Any other duty assigned.
Skills and Experience Required for this Role
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fashion industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Competencies required for this Role

Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
Previous experience in using marketing automation software is a plus.
