The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and maximizing advertising revenue through digital channels. The specialist will identify potential business opportunities, manage client accounts, and ensure the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns. With a pragmatic approach, the Digital Sales Specialist understands the real-world constraints and challenges faced by clients and offers feasible advertising solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential business opportunities and targets within the digital space.
Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored digital advertising solutions.
Develop proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of digital advertising.
Foster relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure that client needs and expectations are met consistently.
Provide feedback to clients on campaign performance and potential optimizations.
Monitor and report on the latest trends in digital advertising.
Analyze competitive activity and strategize to stay ahead.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
Coordinate with the finance team to manage billing and payments.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
Recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Educate clients on the benefits and ROI of digital advertising.
Keep clients updated on the latest digital advertising techniques and platforms.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales metrics and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in digital sales.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, trends, and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using digital analytics tools.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and strategy formulation.
