Sales Executive

Job Description
Implementing a successful field marketing & sales process to fulfil the current and future needs of the company.
Identify customer needs and match the right product for the right set of need.
Provide technical input in the identification of customer opportunities and in resolving customer/product queries.
Introduce Pet World products to the related industries by providing technical support to the current and potential customers to demonstrate product effectiveness and establish long-term relationships.
Industry mapping: continuous conduct market intelligence activities on customers/prospects (feed producers, kennels, competition, regulatory bodies, etc…
Developing new business opportunity pipeline both in the current customer base and new customers.
Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied with the services.
Develop and implement special sales
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate by tracking and recording activity customer accounts.
Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets.
Qualifications for the Sales Job:
Self-starter; motivated, team focused, attention for detail and results driven.
Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload.
Self-motivated to accomplish business and personal objectives
Pleasant personality and ability to recognize sales opportunities and determine appropriate action.
Computer proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience in a courier company shall be an added advantage.
Should be between 20-23 years of age.
Should be self-motivated, flexible and outgoing.
Ready to learn, understand and master the products.
Must be result oriented and a good time manager.
Possess excellent sales and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
Must have a keen understanding for business and developing market segments.
Remunerations:
Good retainer + Big Commissions
