Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or agribusiness.
Proven sales performance and leadership in managing field teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of soil health and precision farming (preferred).
Ability to work independently and travel frequently to rural areas.
