Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and markets. Utilize a variety of lead-generation tools and techniques (cold calling, email outreach, networking, etc.) to build a solid pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. Provide excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the firm’s services. Develop and present customized proposals and contracts in response to client needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Business Development, and Consultancy teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client requirements and market demands.
Reporting & Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultancy or B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
