Phina Consultants is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the car tracking and car dealership, and a deep understanding of the Tanzanian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to acquire new customers.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian market and its automotive sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Must be a residence of Daeresalam
Age:26-32
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.
