Sales Executive Job Summary:

The mail role will be to drive the company’s sales growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Below is a general outline of this position:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
