Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting to fill the role of a Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in sales strategies and market analysis.
Job Description

Identify and generate leads through own personal network, market research and similar forums
Use different approaches for generating leads
Use different approaches for qualifying leads

Register Procept as a vendor with medium to large private and public sector organizations, based on affordability to pay.
Receive procurement documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITT, ITB, EOI, etc) from such companies above and from other platforms where companies post procurement documents
Facilitate the creation and submission of compelling proposals to existing and potential clients working with Procept Pre-Sales team.
Achieve assigned periodic revenue targets.
Manage Key Accounts and Sales Pipeline, and increase Procept’s share of wallet from existing clients by cross-selling existing products and services
Prepare and send Sales Report with the following information: Leads Generated; Leads Qualified; Proposals Submitted; Proposals Won; Assignments Executed; Testimonials Received; etc
Nurture and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential clients and leverage on this for the benefit of the company
Provide support to the Accounting Department in remitting deductions and collections to government agencies and tax authorities
Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, remittances and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development and/or account management, with proven track record of achieving sales targets of US$50,000 per month.
Minimum one year experience selling consulting, training and software solution services in comparable organization similar to Procept Africa
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving, and communication (both oral and verbal) skills are essential for success in this role.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to work in teams to deliver exceptional performance
Sales related certification would be considered an asset.
Experience with work sales or CRM software would be considered an asset.
