Sales Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate, follow up, close the sales, Maintaining and ensuring quality relationships with clients.
Developing and increasing business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure the accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
Develop sales strategies for assigned region, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing business
Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers
Monitoring and ensuring customer payments and collection of accounts are in a timely manner.
Organizes for and actions on planned promotional activities in the region
Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
3+ years’ sales experience in an FMCG setting
Clean driving license (BCE) an added advantage
