The Role:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team on a commission-based structure. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving our customer base’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the recruiting industry, including HR departments, staffing agencies, and large corporations.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of KaziQuest Recruiting Software.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding client needs and market trends.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote KaziQuest and generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the software, SaaS, or HR industries.
Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in commission-based sales.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to achieve sales quotas.
Excellent communication with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate advocate for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Arts, IT or a related field is preferred.
