Sales Executive

The right person will be ideally a Salesperson with experience preferably within the personal safety industry. Who has experience in developing a sales strategy to protect, grow and acquire business from existing and new customers across multiple industries. This is a fast paced, targeted role so you must work effectively and efficiently in this type of environment. You will have a New Business target (existing and new customers) to hit every period so your drive to achieve this should be unwavering. You will also be required to manage customers’ accounts to ensure that we deliver a best in class service.
Experience and skills required

At least 10 years experience in PPEs industry
Account management skills and an ability to demonstrate success in driving growth through building relationships and influencing
Hands-on, practical problem solving and an ability to communicate ideas and escalate internally when needed
Demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets
Impressive communication skills – highly developed persuasive, influencing and negotiating skills
Experience working with both physical and digital customers desired
Strong negotiation skills
Ensure budget and monthly forecast accuracy
Compile and deliver timely monthly reports
Microsoft Office knowledge
PPE market sales experience strongly preferred
Industrial / Safety market sales experience preferred
Experience in selling and training on safety equipment of end users and channel partners
