Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Must provide a daily report on all the brands concerning customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
They need to oversee the completion of their projects and their launch.
Provide technical and non-technical assistance to clients and prospects with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction. 
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the clients and ensure customer success and satisfaction by understanding their needs, responding promptly to their inquiries and solving their complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a sales representative.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
They must understand how to manage sales through Bitrix24 
Proficiency in the use of computers and online resources like Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Customer service skills: The job will require a person who is able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times, listening to their needs and giving them solutions.
Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about our product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Ability to understand our clientele, our focus market as well as our products and services within a short time.
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures and meet the  Company’s sales objectives.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
