Responsibilities:
To identify new Customers and identify added value propositions for Sales Management to consider.
To retain Customers and secure relationships to achieve key supplier / business partner status. Existing customer account management
To provide Customers with information and arrange site and other necessary Training through the Group Technical Training Manager
To close deals effectively having communicated payment terms clearly to Customers
To interpret and understand advanced designs
To assist Credit Control and Sales team without compromising Customer relationships and sales
To interact and communicate effectively with management and internal departments
To meet and exceed financial targets
To execute new projects to the highest possible standard ensuring repeat business on upcoming projects.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in sales, engineering or construction management
10 years sales experience in the construction industry with 3 years’ experience in a formwork industry
Project Management experience will be advantageous
Advanced user in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proven ability to handle key accounts
