Job Role Description
The role will be responsible to deliver the P&L, Topline and Bottom-line growth for the Business Operations of the Region through superior Commercial acumen and excellence in operations. The role will provide Leadership to a team of cross-functional anchor (Brand Marketing & Growth, Technology, and Last Mile) and deliver Regional business goals of NPS (Depots/Consumer/Network), Revenues, Market Share, Profit, Customer service, Network distribution and strong People leadership.
Functions/Key responsibilities
Responsible for achieving the consumer-commercial target of NPS, Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, EBITDA Cash Flow & growth in customer acquisition.
Design and execute the business unit strategy & drive the performance of the company Brand in the markets assigned.
Revolutionize the sales culture within the organization, making it a destination function to attract and retain the best talent. Set up and deliver a sales academy that is responsible for developing sales skills, pitching and driving excellence in execution within our sales organization.
Drive strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal cross functional leadership, external vendors and partners.
Develop innovative market development opportunities.
Lead and drive consistent commercial execution strategies and initiatives.
Drive excellence in operations across the country embedding the sales execution standards.
Drive and champion all sales specific digital transformation strategies and initiatives
Support the enterprise ‘go to market’ channel strategy.
Deliver ambition to be a Global first in scalable Pay as you Go clean cooking solution.
Lead the team in creating and sustaining a work environment driven by an enabling coaching culture.
Build and develop high performance teams and drive superior performance standards
Deliver a high performing world class sales team enabling them to drive superior performance standards
Key Capabilities
Proven track record in turning around businesses and achieving scale sustainably.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders including C-suite and board members.
Previous Relevant Work Experience Required.
Professional experience with large organization with at least 12 – 15 years as Strategic Business Unit / profit center head
Should have experience in collaborating with a range of group functions, including sales, marketing, brand management Financial Management, supply chain and technology.
Experience in motivating, energizing and driving results of large sales teams.
