Our client a Container shipping and leasing company is seeking Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global leader in container trading. The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in container sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent service and effective communication.
Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive information.
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in container sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
