Sales Consultant Lead Generation Senior Sales Consultant (Fiber Optic Solutions)

The Sales Consultant is responsible for offering fiber optic solutions to enterprises through identifying and cultivating new business opportunities of potential customers who would benefit from fiber optic solutions with the aim of presenting them with a compelling value proposition in collaboration with the technical team. 
The job holder will play a key role in building and nurturing customer relationships, while ensuring a high level of customer centric approach supported with the necessary technical expertise
This will involve cold calling prospects; identifying potential customer’s needs and offering appropriate fiber optic solutions; coordinating with the technical team for presentations and quotations and ensure seamless customer experience; regular follow ups with customer to convert into a sale including setting up meetings to discuss the proposed solution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
At least three (3) years’ experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
Experience in B2B sales
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meets monthly sales targets
Good technical knowledge of fiber optics solutions
Updated on industry trends and emerging technology in the fiber optics industry
