Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell cleaning products and services to businesses and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the cleaning industry, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning products and services.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including commercial offices, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and proper usage.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and company training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
At-least 3 experiences in sales, preferably in the cleaning, janitorial, or hygiene products industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and services (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling to hotels, hospitals, schools, corporate offices, or industrial facilities.
Knowledge of eco-friendly and industrial cleaning solutions.
