Spire is looking to expand its current team to drive the sale of its products. It is therefore looking for a Sales Associate who will generate leads and support a fast and efficient sales process. A successful candidate will be required to continuously build their network and leverage these relationships.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Relationship building and management
Pursue and attend events to build your professional network
Leverage relationships to convert leads into sales
Understand the needs of individuals to tailor initiatives accordingly
Lead generation
Interact with individuals within your network to identify new opportunities or referrals
Propose new products or product adjustments based on failed leads and feedback from the market
Support the sales process of converting leads
Consultative selling
Seek to understand a business and its challenges to effectively advise on products that could be adopted
Critically analyse and evaluate leads to enable focus on those with the potential to turn into sales
Engage your network to uncover new products/features and markets
