Key Responsibilities
Identify new potential customers
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Monitor and report periodically on sales performance
Manage key accounts
Act as the point of contact for clients
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition
Establish best practices
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Compilation of reports as required from time to time
Facilitate effective budgetary control activities
Perform office administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Proven work experience in related field – sales and marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time-management skills
Self-starter
