Job Description
Basic Function: Under the direction of Sales and Marketing Manager –plan, direct, coordinate and drives the sales of the organization ensuring the sales targets are met.
The sales approach will be consultative and relationship based, focusing on the development of a strategic partnership with thecustomer. Your role will be to take clients through the entire sales cycle to eventual close with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Maintaining relationships with client by providing support information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends markets activities and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops ,reviewing professional publications,establishing personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices and participating in professional societies.
Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
At least 1 Year relevant work experience.
A bachelor degree in IT/ICT
The ability and desire to sell.
Excellent communications skill.
Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence.
